When processing payroll, all related entries will be transferred automatically to your bookkeeping and will appear instantly in reports such as the income statement and balance sheet. The module will also calculate holiday and sick pay automatically based on predefined rules, making payroll processing faster and more accurate than ever. These entries are automatically taken into account when calculating payroll for the current period, meaning that holidays and sick leave are reflected directly in the calculated pay. The calendar helps maintain a clear overview and ensures payroll is always based on up-to-date information.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"second-heading\">Payroll for multiple employees<\/h2>\n<p>In SimplBooks, you can calculate payroll for employees individually or process several employees at once. This is especially useful for businesses where employees work under similar terms or have a fixed salary. By using this feature, routine clicking is reduced and payroll processing becomes significantly faster.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"second-heading\">Preparation of payslips<\/h2>\n<p>SimplBooks automatically generates a payslip for each payroll entry. The SimplBooks leave report displays this information at a glance. You can view the accrual of leave for past, current and upcoming periods. This means the essential payroll features will be available right away, even though not everything will be fully polished yet.
